CONNECTING YOU TO THE ART OF LIVING

SOLAR, SUSTAINABLE, AND INSPIRATIONAL.

More than a home.
This is art.

The Iconic Aviator, designed by Amit Apel, is not just a house but a masterpiece soaring between Kanan Dume Rd and Latigo Canyon Rd. Its geometric forms evoke a bird in flight, with custom built-in planters and niches blending innovation with Malibu’s landscape. A lit-up trellis entrance welcomes you to a visionary living experience, complete with a dedicated office space for inspired work.

Where architecture
and nature become one

Perched atop a Malibu mountain, The Iconic Aviator merges fire-retardant concrete, stucco, and steel with nature’s beauty. Powered by solar and propane with
a backup generator, it offers sustainable luxury.
The carport fits three cars and motorcycles, while
360-degree Pacific and mountain views inspire awe, enhanced by a propane-powered energy system for off-grid living.

A vision from the sky, sea and land

The Iconic Aviator, a living sculpture, frames Malibu’s vistas through triangular windows, skylights, and pocket sliding doors. An outdoor shower nestled among plants offers coastal views, while the versatile room adapts as a guest suite or serene retreat. This home captures the essence of freedom, with a custom outdoor shower rinsing off the day’s adventures.

A private Malibu heaven

Tucked away, The Iconic Aviator is a sanctuary with two master suites: the Malibu Suite overlooks beaches, and the Santa Monica Suite faces hills, both with custom bathrooms and vining plants. The triangle cocktail pool and sunk-in fire pit create private escapes under starlit skies, with custom kitchen features like a pot filler and second sink for effortless entertaining.

Innovative design
for the Future thinker

With unbroken 360-degree views of the Pacific and Malibu mountains, The Iconic Aviator is more than a home—it’s a living sculpture, a space designed to move with the landscape. Its fluid, soaring forms mimic the flight of a bird, framing the horizon and inviting light, air, and motion into every space.
